Please note that tables are 6ft x 3 ft (tables provided). We will be using the entire ballroom for this event and we are very much looking forward to the open space and free flow that this venue brings. We have musical entertainment throughout the evening for your customers (and yourselves) to enjoy bringing all the festive cheer.
We will be selling tickets in advance for this event– this works incredibly well as we are able to tell you how many people to expect so that you can stock accordingly and gives a guaranteed foot traffic promise. We will also open accordingly for drop ins if capacity allows. Ticketing will be time stamped to try to keep a manageable amount of foot traffic, but this venue is huge and there are several entrances and exits to the hall for free flow movement of people.
For your information, members of the bakery will be walking around throughout the event also. They will have High Vis jackets and radios to ensure the event runs smoothly and efficiently.
ARRIVAL and UNLOADING information will be sent over to you at the end of November along with set up details and confirmation of timings. This event is scheduled to open at 7.30pm and you will be able to set up from 5.00pm. Please try to keep a maximum of 2 sales persons per pitch for capacity numbers to be kept in check.
